BuyBox is a deal analysis and pipeline management platform for small business acquirers. Features include deal scoring, cash flow analysis, due diligence checklists, and pipeline tracking. Features may change over time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use BuyBox for any unlawful purpose. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

BuyBox offers paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BuyBox are owned by BuyBox OS and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

BuyBox is a tool to assist your decision-making. It does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. BuyBox is not liable for any business decisions made based on information provided by the platform. You assume full responsibility for your acquisition decisions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of BuyBox constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
